We remove assumptions and excuses by analyzing your unique life.
1. The Live Audit Interview
[1-Hour Live Video Call with Cory]. We look into your life, past failures, and current goals. We see what works for you and what doesn’t. This will lay the ground work for your program. The most important part is to figure where you are failing
2. Customized Program Blueprint
Cory constructs your Custom Workout Structure and along with how the program will be implemented
PHASE 2: Execution, Technique, and Intuition Mastery (The 9-Session Commitment)
You receive 9 highly focused sessions designed to install perfect technique, intensity, and real-
world dietary intuition. This is where you learn to apply the principles effectively.
The 9 Training Sessions
We learn how to lift weights, what intensity is, and learn the basis of muscle growth (In-Person or Remote Video).
The Grocery Store Audit
We go grocery shopping together (in-person or virtually). We break down labels and apply the nutritional framework. We learn what makes one food better than another
Making your own workouts and food choices
By session 7 you will be able to onstruct your own workouts and have reason for each. This is where true mastery begins
PHASE 3: The 26-Week Refinement Contract
The first three months transfer the skill; the remaining time is spent refining and polishing your system under continuous, high-touch accountability. This guarantees the results compound over a lifetime.

Personal Texting Line you send Cory a picture of every meal for the full 13 weeks for immediate feedback.
